What we do
Short Term Accommodation (STA)
We can help organise overnight trips, holidays, events or a stay in your local community. Don’t just have a break, make it an experience! If you have something that you would like to do, or an event you wish to attend, get in contact with us and we can help support your independence in getting there.
One to one in home or community based support
Whether the support that you need is in your home or in your community, Rivergum Support is there to help. Our support workers can assist you to complete tasks of daily living in your home, provide transport to the place you need to go and support whilst you’re there.
Group Supports
Each term we provide group supports within a vibrant and interactive environment, where out support workers actively encourage independence and foster friendships. These sessions are designed to be enjoyable and inclusive for all participants, ensuring everyone feels welcome and engaged. Cleaning services
Our dedicated team is here to provide reliable and thorough cleaning for participants, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in your home. Whether it’s regular upkeep or a deep clean, we tailor our services to suit your needs, helping you focus on what matters most.
Who are we
Our team of 25 has over 230 years of combined experience in disability care roles and services. As a dedicated support service, we truly listen to the needs of participants and their families, working collaboratively to ensure everyone gets the most out of the time spent with us.
We focus on providing high-quality, personalized support and maintaining a unified approach across our staff, prioritizing the needs and well-being of those we support every day.

At Rivergum Support, we currently provide services through the following funding options:
- NDIS – Self-Managed/Plan-Managed
- Self-Funded
